Vacation Benefits |
|
|
Vacation is earned when an Associate completes 2000 consistent hours in a 12-month period. Associates are then eligible for one week of vacation pay. Associates must provide written notice 2 weeks prior to any time actually taken off from work (must be taken before the assignment ends). Vacation time is paid in one of two ways: 1) one full week of pay given while choosing to continue to work or 2) one paid week off from work (Monday-Friday). Vacation pay is paid at the rate at which an Associate is being paid when they reached 2000 hours of service. |

Medical Benefits |
|
|
Medical benefits are offered to all Associates. Eligibility depends on the program chosen. However, the Associate pays the premium for the program. Medical, prescription and vision plan discounts and $10,000 life and accidental death benefit is a standard part of the program, dental assistance plan is optional. |

|
Holiday Pay Plan |
|
|
A Paj Business Staffing Associate on certain assignments is eligible for paid holidays. In order to qualify for holiday pay, the holiday must fall on an Associate’s regular workday and they must: |
|

|
Work a 40 – hour workweek schedule
Complete 1500 hours in the 52 weeks (12 month period) preceding the holiday week
Complete 160 hours in the four weeks prior to the holiday week
Work the business day before and the business day after the holiday
Work the entire week in which the holiday falls (except the holiday) |

|
|
|
Merit Raises |
|
|
After completing 1500 hours within 9 months, depending on the contract and performance, an Associate may become eligible for a merit increase (up to 5%). |
|
|
|
|
|
Referral Bonus |
|
|
Refer clients, friends, relatives or other Associates or companies and you will receive a cash referral bonus for: |
|
|
|
|
Associate referrals - for referring candidate who works a minimum of 80 hours, Associates will receive a generous bonus |
|
|
Client company referrals - for every new client company referred who uses an Associate for 30 days or hires one of our Associates for a permanent position for 90 days. |

|
|
|
|
Credit Union |
|
|
Paj Business Staffing is in negotiations with a credit union that will offer Associates lower interests and consumer discount.
